Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

(Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.)

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we can’t accept returns on:

• Opened food, treats, or supplements

• Used toys, beds, or grooming products

• Personalized items

• Gift cards or sale items

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Return your item first, then place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us.
