Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

• Czech Republic & EU: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for qualifying orders.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

PetEasy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or shipping carriers once the package leaves our warehouse.
